I managed the delivery of GPT based tools and document processing tools to research and summarize contract documents using platforms such as Power Automate, PowerApps, Azure AI, and UiPath. This involved applying my skills in prompt engineering to optimize the tool performance and ensure the generated output was accurate and actionable for business users. I also utilized my knowledge of AI agents in implementing virtual agent solutions that enhanced decision making, boosted productivity, and improved customer and employee engagement. I also developed a chat feature for my personal portfolio website using OpenAI API to answer questions about my experience, projects, and skills. This chat feature was built using CursorAI and Next.js, and is hosted on Vercel.

I was responsible for initiatives that delivered significant improvements in driving workflow efficiency and quality while leveraging Intelligent Automation to optimize workflows and reduce manual intervention. I integrated RPA solutions that automated data driven decision making, further driving productivity and innovation.
